1.2 This website may be used for your own private purposes and in accordance with these terms and conditions.

1.3 You may print and download material from this website provided that you do not modify or reproduce any content without our prior written consent.

Website uptime

1.4 All reasonable measures are taken by us to ensure that this website is operational all day, every day. However, occasionally technical issues may result in some downtime and accordingly we will not be liable if this website is unavailable at any time.

1.5 Where possible we always try to give advance warning of maintenance issues that may result in website down time but we shall not be obliged to provide such notice.

1.14 We do not accept liability for any loss or damage that you suffer as a result of using this website.

1.15 Nothing in these terms and conditions shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence which cannot be excluded or under the law of the United Kingdom.

Shipping

1.16 Normally, we operate on made to order to minimise wastage, therefore the current leads times are 4-6 weeks from when the order is placed.  If the item is in stock the orders that come in before 12:00 (GTM+1) are sent out on the same day, excluding public holidays and weekends.

Packaging

1.17 We deliver all orders in plastic-free shipping packages.
Orders are packed in a 100% compostable mail bag. Packages are recyclable.

Return & Exchange

1.18 All customers have the right to cancel their order under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation & Additional Charges) Regulations.

1.19 To avoid excessive shipping and save nature, we hope you choose your item(s) carefully and check the size guide for each item before choosing your size the first time. However, we understand that buying online can be tricky, and sometimes the item is not as expected, no matter how thoughtful we make purchases.

1.20 You can return, or exchange purchased items within thirty (30) days from the date you receive them. The products must be returned complete and unused in their original packaging in perfect condition.

(a) Goods that are returned for refund should be in the same condition as they were received by you.

(b) All tags should be present and still attached to the garment. Folded and neatly presented. Free of any marks, animal hairs, fluff or other contaminants. Not smelling of smoke - please don't smoke when you are trying garments on or examining goods.

(c) It is up to you to pay the postage to return any items to us. We recommend using a tracked delivery service to return goods as we are not responsible for any losses for goods that we do not receive.

(d) The customer is responsible for the cost of the return of unwanted goods. The only exception to this is that we will reimburse reasonable postage costs for faulty items that are returned.

1.21 We do not offer exchanges. If you require a different size or colour for the item you have purchased, we will refund you for the item you return to us and would require you to place a new order for the replacement item.

Instruction for returns

You can make a return by sending the product back to us using the instructions below.

1.22 Pack the item(s) in the parcel

1.23 Include the original packing slip or a handwritten note with your order number in the parcel.

1.25 Return item(s) received:

After we have received and accepted the returned items, we will refund your payment to the payment method used in the order. Refunds will be made for the cost of the goods only – excluding any shipping charges.

It can take up to 2 weeks to process your refund. You will receive a refund notification in your email once the refund has been processed.
If you do not return the purchase within 14 days, we reserve the right not to accept it.

Guarantee & Reclamation

1.25 Humble items are handcrafted in UK, although we understand that manufacturing mistakes happen from time to time. Therefore, if you notice a mistake in your item, please email us on team@humbleactivewear.com.

Note: the way you take care of your item, can either prolong or shorten the life span of the garment. Please take good care of your Humble items.

Law and jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by English law. Any dispute arising in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.
